However, I would be doing a disservice to this community by not letting you know what an excellent real estate professional Tonjia Landreth is with Bridge City Realty. She went way beyond what you would typically expect from a real estate agent in the home buying process. Any real estate company or agent will be more than happy to sell you are home, but what you will get from this company is far beyond what most real estate professionals provide. She works extremely hard to ensure that her client is protected every step of the way, and she doesn't stop until you are completely satisfied. The business ethics of this company are impeccable. I would recommend her and Bridge City Realty to anyone buying or selling a home in the Chattanooga and the North GA area. Tonjia is awesome! My brother passed away unexpectedly and his house needed a lot of work and we had to deal with probate issues. Tonjia was very patient while we worked through all of that and provided recommendations for what we should do to get the place ready to sell. She got a lot of quotes for us and helped us navigate through a challenging situation. I’m happy to say that the house sold very quickly after putting it on the market. I highly recommend her and Bridge Capital Realty. She was truly a blessing to me and my family.

Bridge City and their team stand head, shoulders, waist, and knees above the other five property managers, four of which I had to let go with cause before they even finished the first year.
